“As I was saying goodnight to the Lord one evening in March, 2011, He said to me, ‘Are you ready to write your book?’ I replied, ‘If You think I’m ready, I am. What is it about?’ He said, ‘Of life and godliness, the journey.’ I drifted off to sleep with that title branded into my memory. I awoke the next morning to His voice giving me instruction on how to begin the book. For several months, He continued to download the information to put into the book.” Mike W. Ferry
Over the next several months after receiving the commissioning from the Lord, Mike spent many hours at his computer, typing what God was speaking to him. After completion of each chapter, his wife, Patty, began the arduous process of editing and correcting the manuscript. She also did the interior design of the book. We are very excited to publish this powerful book and get it in the hands of the Body of Christ, where it is so needed. A study guide is also being planned.
Mike W. Ferry is the pastor of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship of Redmond, Oregon. He knew God and heard His voice at a very early age. God called Mike into ministry in 1983, and he has served in pastoral positions in churches in Texas, Pennsylvania, and Oregon. The focus of his ministry is to ignite a passion in the hearts of people to pursue a deeper relationship with God. Mike lives in Redmond, Oregon, with his wife and best friend, Patty, and their two wonderful children, Andrea and David.
